As is the case for all service companies, customer satisfaction is crucial to our success. One obstacle to reaching this goal is that each customer is different. Admittedly, minimum standards are commonly held to be fundamental, but achieving excellence means doing more – understanding exactly what the customer needs.

The fact that our services are intangible by nature entails a further difficulty: it is impossible to get a fully objective feedback. Once a job has been done, only the perception of what happened remains, and it is crucial for this perception to be positive.

There has never been another company that took its “customer-oriented” philosophy more to heart. Our analysis of the services requested by our customers is a step-by-step process. Our aim is to become a “partner” for our customers, taking care of our end of each project by recommending and explaining the solution best suited to each customer's event. Synergies generated between departments allow us to maximise our results while minimising our costs and offering our customers a single, qualified supplier.

Only written translation does not fit into the above-described scheme: because it is “written”, the text persists, meaning that the translation department operates under a different basic philosophy – providing a high-quality product as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

It would be difficult indeed to lead the low-quality translation market – if nothing, because it does not exist! Our Written Translation Department is efficiently organised to ensure we deliver quality work on deadline. Our mother-tongue translators are highly-trained professionals.

The solutions we offer and the peace-of-mind of relying on a qualified translation centre allow us to provide additional value beyond a translation done by an individual translator contacted directly by the customer.
