CONFERENCE SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT…“I need to rent an overhead projector to display images on a screen behind the speaker's head”… Our job is to interpret the customer's request and recommend the appropriate equipment to fit the customer's true needs, which are often expressed inaccurately. The experience we have developed in our more than 30 years of rental service has allowed us to achieve a customer satisfaction level close to 100%. Service provision starts well before the technician arrives to install the equipment, when the customer first contacts us. Our staff assists customers in selecting which of our equipment is most appropriate according to the available budget. The equipment we own (of such brands as Sony, Panasonic, Philips, Toshiba, Soundcraft, to name just a few) is the best the market has to offer. Our service is always top-notch, whether the customer is organising a small meeting where the technician has to install and provide assistance for a simple video projector, or a large conference with a staff of 8-10 technicians. Out of respect for their workplace, all of our technicians wear coats and ties on site. All of our conference Technicians have gone through a strict selection process and a long, difficult training period. Our technical consultants are able to create a pool of specialised businesses forset design, phone-in voting, lighting systems, internet streaming, but also interpretation and hostess services.
