HOSTESS AND INTERPRETATION DEPARTMENT:
- Interpreters: We are looking for professional interpreters with a university degree and at least 5 years of experience or a large number of days worked, as demonstrated by CV or registration with an interpreters' association. Please specify your active and passive languages in your CV, as well as the type of interpretation service you offer.
- Hostesses: Hostesses must be between 22 and 28 years of age. No special academic qualifications or department experience are required, but hostesses must have a pleasant physical appearance and be at least 1.65 m tall. Please specify your professional experience, height, apparel size, shoe size in your CV and attach at least one head shot and full body photograph.
WRITTEN TRANSLATION AND TRANSCRIPTION DEPARTMENT
- Translators: We are looking for professional translators with a university degree and at least 5 years of experience or a large volume of translated words/pages, as demonstrated by CV or registration with a translator's association. Please specify your working languages, subject areas, and the CAT software you use in your CV.
- Transcribers We are looking for professional transcribers with systems for transcribing from audio tapes and/or CDs and DVDs. Good transcribing speed is required. Please specify your working languages and the equipment you use in your CV.
CONFERENCE SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT
- Audio/simultaneous translation technicians: A sound engineering degree or proven experience in the department is required for the technical support service. Please send a CV specifying your background and experience. Experience in the conference department is preferred.
- Video technician: A degree in video operation or proven experience in the department is required for the video support service. Please send a CV specifying what cameras you are used to working with and whether you have any experience in video direction for conferences.
