Security

Most of the documents we translate contain confidential information. Our Quality Assurance System responds to this by ensuring that the greatest possible care is taken in view of security.

Each stage of the project management process is password-protected so that only the dedicated PM and the administrative manager may access.
Our company network is protected against intrusion by a double firewall on the server and the computer on which the data is stored. Translation files are stored for 3 months and then permanently deleted from the archives and transferred to an external optical disc that is then kept in the company safe for an additional 9 months in order to recover historical data that may be useful for future repetitive documents.

Our security management process complies with the Italian Privacy Law (196/2003).
